Corporate Event Checklist & Booking Terms
To guarantee the seamless organisation of your tournament, we encourage corporate committees to observe our reservation guidelines and milestones:

| 3. Balance Settlement | Two (2) weeks prior to event | The remaining balance for course hire, venue facilities, and estimated catering must be settled in full 14 days before tee-off. |
| 4. Draw Sheet Submission | Five (5) days prior to event | Submit the final player names, fourball pairings, handicap indexes, and competition format (e.g. Betterball Stableford, Alliance). |
| 5. Collateral Delivery | Day prior to tournament | Deliver all corporate banners, sponsored prizes, and tee signage to reception by 3:00 pm the preceding afternoon. |
